Archery Moose Hunts:
We have teamed up with the "Moose Magnet". Shane has guided
moose and bear with us for many years with a very good success rate.
He his now trying it on his own. He has earned the nickname "Moose
Magnet" mainly because of his uncanny ability to attract moose.
He is a highly skilled caller that prefers to use aggressive bull
calling rather than cow calling. This has led to many intense moments
for his hunters as these rut crazed bulls come into fight rather
than looking for love. Shane takes pride in being able to say that
he has offered 100% opportunity for an encounter with a bull moose.
We are offering a 6 day archery hunt during the peak of the rut
on the last week of September. We are fully booked for 2009 and
are now booking for 2010. The hunting area is located northwest
of Edmonton in WMU 510. The hunt will include pick up and drop off
at the International airport, guiding services, meals, accommodations,
and transportation.
